Angel of Praise

I was in the process of working on a card when this weeks challenge at Stampin' Sisters in Christ called for making a card of 'praise, that used something related to music'.  The card I was working on had paper on it with musical notes and it seemed like this challenge was calling to me.
My original idea had been to use some lovely vellum paper with music on it but heat embossing on this type of paper really made it difficult to adhere to my shiny I reached for my back up card stock that was cream with red.  Once I got gold off my mind I decided to emboss my sweet little Inkadinkado angel in red, then paired her with a lovely sentiment from Our Daily Bread Designs on the outside with an Impression Obsession sentiment on the inside for Christmas, I had a sweet, sweet card to mail to my 92 year old Great Aunt.

Thanks for stopping by,
